- Description: The Death record Book 004 corresponds to death certificates registered in the parish of San Geronimo of Monteria from 1845 to 1855. The certificates are signed by Francisco Lacarro Guerrero and Sebastian Arellano, priests. Physical condition of original material: Cover of cardboard covered with red leatherette and taxed golden letters. It contains 99 sheets, numbered 1 to the 99. Only 62% of the book is in good condition, the remainder of the document presents a total damage in its leaves. It contains 792 death certificates, signed by Francisco Lacarro Guerrero and Sebastian Arellanos priests. Physical extent of original material: 1 volume, manuscript.
