Copies of letters from Governor General Charles Canning to various correspondents in Europe. Letters dated Feb 1858 to Jan 1859 are sent from Allahabad. Letters from Dec 1859 to are sent from Agra, Meerut & Kulka while on tour. Letters dated Dec 1860 to Feb 1861 are also sent while on tour, from Benares, Kutra Pass, & Umurpatun Letters are numbered 1-101, but nos. 5, 31,32, 33 & 66 are not in the volume.
