A Hebrew Grammar, in Latin.

ff. 202r-217vTitle: Diḳduḳ ῾ivriTitle: דקדוק עבריA short Hebrew Grammar in Latin. The main headings are as follows: De Nomine (folio 202v), De Pronomine (folio 203v), De Verbo (folio 204r), Praepositivae Litterae (folio 214r), Subjunctivae Litterae (folio 215r), De Accentibus (folio 216r), De Mutaoe Punctorum (folio 216v). At the end: "Finis. Laus Deo."
The rest of the manuscript contains Arabic and Syriac Grammars, and also Arabic scholia on Psalms 1-26. Hebrew script is largely used in the Syriac portion.

William Petty (formerly Fitzmaurice) (b. 1737, d. 1805), 2nd Earl of Shelburne and 1st Marquess of Lansdowne, prime minister; purchased by the British Museum together with 1244 other Lansdowne manuscripts in 1807.
