Dates given are for the first performance (not necessarily the date of Bakewell's attendance). Includes Readings given at Pinter's funeral (2008) and 'Harold Pinter: A Celebration' (2009).
Original additional material (production notes) by Pinter is included with The Hothouse (1980) programme.

- A Slight Ache (together with John Mortimer, Lunch Hour, and N.F. Simpson, The Form), The Arts Theatre Club, London. 18 January 1961.
- The Collection (together with August Strindberg, Playing with Fire), Aldwych Theatre, London. 18 June 1962.
- The Homecoming, Aldwych Theatre, London. 3 June 1965.
(2). 1970s:
- Betrayal (in Polish translation). Teatr Powszechny, Warsaw. [21 June 1979]. Programme (in Polish) in the form of a 'Notebook' detailing the chronology of the plot. With a translation into English (4 sheets). Loosely inserted, a card: 'Harold asked me to send you this' (with signature). Performance not attended by Bakewell.
(3). 1980s:
- The Hothouse, Hampstead Theatre, London. 24 April 1980. Together six cards containing Pinter's autograph notes on the production, and a explanatory note by Bakewell, who attended the play with Pinter on the evening of 28 April. The notes were made at a (run-through) performance on the afternoon of 28 April and discarded afterwards in Bakewell's wastepaper basket 'when he came for drinks'.
