Cham manuscript made of palm leaves. The manuscript was called ''Gar'' by Cham people. The binding area of the manuscript is pierced with holes and stuck with two small, round strips of wood to hold the two ends of the palm leaves manuscript together. The covers are made of wood that holds the manuscript together with threads in the middle. The pages are numbered in order. The manuscript is in good condition. The text is inscribed on the leaves surface and blackened by ink extracted from a wild flower in the forest (bingu kalao). The text is written in Akhar Thrah script. The manuscript covers religious themes. Contents: all rites and rituals conducted in tower temples: Yuer Yang (worship rites in tower temples), Bac Hagal (books of prayers to perform worship rituals of sweet soup in tower temples at night), cuh Yang Apuei (worship rituals of goat in tower temples), bilih bimong (worship rituals of the God of Soil in tower temples). Size: 34 x 5 x 5 cm
Ealier, Gar was kept by Superior Priest Hai Quy (in Bau Truc village) in order to perform religious rituals. When he passed way in 2007, it was handed down to Superior Priest Han Son (in Huu Duc village). When the latter passed away in 2011, the manuscript was given to Superior Priest Han Dau.
