Anthems, in score, by Dr. Maurice Greene; all written in the same hand, apparently that of the composer, before he took his Doctor's degree (1730), his name being given at the end as 'Mr.' Greene. This volume also contains a single Chant by Dr. Greene. The whole of the Anthems below, besides several others, are in Add MS 17850, which is also in the hand of the composer, and is probably the original MS. Numbers 1, 4, 5, 9, 11, 15, 16 are stated not to be in the printed collection.
