- Manuscript is generally in very bad condition. The bookblock - deformed, shrunken in the margins due to water damage. Folios are dusty on all surface, but especially on all margins. The edges of all folios are yellowish and very brittle. The glass-like layer, as an effect of gelatinization process of the parchment, can also be observed. There is a large brown water stain visible on all margins of front flyleaf and on upper and inner margin of folios of first quire of the manuscript. The sewing of the book is very weak and was repaired with the use of a thong and strips of parchment protected quires gutter. Two miniatures inserted into book are preserved only in central part, without all margins. The binding - quite new bare wooden boards.
