- The manuscript is generally in quite good condition. The bookblock - folios are dirty especially on all surface. The glass-like layer, as an effect of gelatinization process of the parchment on all margins, can be clearly observed. There are numerous smaller water-stains, smudges and spots visible on many folios. The binding - The wooden boards covered with leather. Lack of leather on the spine.
