- Scope & Content:
- The manuscript is extremely damaged. The bookblock - all folios are very deformed and dirty on all surface. A strong, very dark water-stain with traces of microbiological infection is visible on the inner margin in the entire book. In this region next damages, losses and cracks are visible. Additionally water stains are present on the other margins. Due to water damage in many places text has been blurred. The glass-like layer of parchment folios can be observed. The sewing of the book was very weak and was repaired by stab-stitching along the edges of the inner margins of all quires, additionally protected by strips of new parchment. The binding - bare wooden boards, front cover original (partly damaged by insects) , back new one.
