A file of very early writings and drawings produced by Lady Self's two sons, Peter Self (born 1919) and Hugh Michael Self (born 1921). Includes:
- three postcards from Peter Self, and one postcard from Michael Self, addressed to their parents at Girton College, Cambridge [1928?];
- newspaper cutting announcing the winners of an 'Elelphant Boy' story competition (Peter Self wins second prize).
Also includes two bespoke Christmas cards of much later date from Susannah [Self] to her grandparents.
