Letter (7 May, 1815) to G. Canning from Sir Henry Wellesley along with an enclosed translated letter (3 May, 1815) to ‘The British Ambassador’ from Franco Ballesteros, a copy letter (5 May, 1815) to Franco Ballesteros from Sir Henry Wellesley and a printed booklet (1815) ‘Manifesto de la Justicia, de la Importancia y de la necesidad que halla El Rey nuestro Señor’.
