Paper: Different types of Russian machine-made paper without labels and with a stamp of G.I. Sposobin’s & К° manufacture, Vladimir Governorate, had been made in 1908 (f. 36, 41, 50) [ref.: Клепиков С.А. Филиграни и штемпели на бумаге русского и иностранного производства XVII-XX вв. М., 1959. № 192]. Writing style: half-uncial script by several hands. The fragments written in cursive writing are of the early 20th century (f. 92). Cyrillic numeric pagination (scribers’).
Decoration: headings and initials with colored inks; the front fly-leaf with elements of ornament; headpiece with floral ornament (f. 5); headpiece with imitation of Pomorian style (f. 11), initials with floral ornament (f. 5, 7); painted end-piece with floral ornament with paper sticker (decal) (f.30); schematic end-piece in the so-called style Playing Text [игра текстом] – triangle-shaped objects (f. 9). The manuscript contains The Skit Commemoration Book where the names of about 600 Old Believers are mentioned. Records had been made from the 1910s till the end of the 20th century. The additional articles contain baptism service, prayers for one who is dying and instructions about periods of Commemoration of the Departed during the year. Binding: 20th century; cardboard, leather, textile, buckram, strap with button. Readers’ notes, textile bookmark. Enclosures: 1) note with five names of died Old Believers–Pilgrims. 2) description of baptism service. The sammelband is compiled from texts written during the 20th century
>p>8º (size of book block – 174 mm х 115 mm, binding size – 180 m х 115 mm, binding height – 30 mm). Enclosures: enclosure #1 – 1 f. (80 mm х 76 mm); enclosure #2 – 4 f. (172 mm х 115 mm); 93 f. 5 f. (enclosures); Condition: satisfactory. The manuscript was made in the community of Old believers-pilgrims living in the Tomsk-Chulym taiga.
