(1). E-mails from several individuals (Penguin Books, Bloomsbury Publishing) providing editorial comment on the completed manuscript. Includes message from French translator Jean-Francois Kleiner (18 Jan 2001) with a number of specific translation questions, together with Self's reply.
(2). A set of autograph notes from an unidentified American reader (8 sheets).
(3). Cover design (Bloomsbury Publishing) - Arum lily. Annotated. A3 sheet folded.
(4). Three other unrelated e-mails, each struck-through with a single line and probably intended as scrap paper but not used as such. They comprise a message (10 Oct 1999) from Jonathan Self to Will Self forwarding a message to him from George W. Jones (London School of Economics) regarding arrangements for a memorial event celebrating the life of their father, Peter Self. Other struck-through messages are from David Kerr (7 Feb 2000) and Christine Popp (15 March 2000).
