- Covers a circular route in north-eastern Chihli commencing from Yen-ho-ying (燕河營), proceeding north-east via Kienchanghsien (建昌縣) and returning to finish at Liu-chia-ying (劉家營), approximately 18 miles north-east of Yungpingfu (永平府). Shows settlements along the line of the route, with some indications of hydrology and relief. Gives dates and times of travel. Place-names are given in Wade-Giles romanisation.
