Photocopies of material from the MGM archives relating to the film Rosalie, to which P.G. Wodehouse contributed during both periods during which he worked in Hollywood. The first 8 pages consist of 'Notes on Story Conference' dictated by Irving Thalberg (one of the main unit producers at MGM in the 1930s), dated 18 Oct 1930. It presents a detailed plot synopsis. The rest consists of 57 pages of the original 117 pages of the script, dated 16 Aug 1930.
The material is accompanied by a cover letter from Tony Staveacre, of Tony Staveacre Productions for BBC Radio 4, to Sir Edward Cazalet regarding the script of Rosalie and the progress of a production of a radio play on P.G. and Ethel Wodehouse in Hollywood, 19 Nov 2008.
