Compilation material used in the production of a revision of the original map by Captain Edmund Palmer, R.A. (printed at the Topographical Department of the War Office ca 1859.) The revised map, based on these sheets, was printed at the Intelligence Branch, Quarter Master General's Department in 1875. The printed maps are listed in Jewitt, Intelligence Revealed, at T.193.
