- This text of manuscript is about state administration in Luang Phrabang province in 1850 which tell about some of the governor who work more than their function is, belong to the prohibition-treatment of the King that every body have to follow by loyalty, if anyone doesn't follow or oppose they will punish that person which in one limit text of the law said that "Anyone whos's still oppose or resist to the fucntion of the government, they will punish that person by Atnyasoek standard of the soldier.
