It says that most people praise the result of the Buddha's parinibbana, but those who wish to reach parinibbana Buddha must learn the tradition of morality and then follow in the ways of that tradition. The colophon records as sponsors Thit (a former monk) Ònsi, his wife Sao (Mrs) Bunthan and the entire family. The exact date when the manuscript was finished is Thursday, 3 November 1977.
