الحمد لله وكل شيء راجع إليه وكل عسير يسير عليه وصلوته على من به اهتدينا إليه أما بعد
فراغي من هذا الكتاب عرض لخاطري أن أضع أبوابًا في وضع إنشاء بعض المسائل المجذورات في
الدور المتضمن لها كتابنا ليتوصل بذلك إلى إنشاء ما أعقلناه من الأصول في المسائل المجذورات لمن
قصد تأليف شيء من ذلك لأن التأليف يسمج به كثرة الصم بخلاف الحادثة ولم أعلم أحدًا من أهل
العلم بالدور سبق إلى وضع هذا نسأل الله التيسير والتسهيل باب في الحج على مذهب الشافعي
رضي الله عنه ...

فهذه أبواب أنشأناها لإنشاء المسائل المجذورات ولم تستكمل
جملة المسائل المذكورة في الكتاب ولا جملة الأصول بل اختصرنا لأن من أدرك هذا لم يخف عليه أن
يقيس على ذلك ما أراد في كل باب وعلى كل مذهب ولعلمنا أن من أكثر الاشتغال بالكتاب المتقدم
وما أنشأناه ههنا حصلت له مادة بقوه على إنشاء ما أراد من المسائل إن شاء الله تعالى نسأل الله التوفيق
والهداية إنه قريب مجيب آمين ...
