Treatise on the observation of solar eclipses through a camera obscura by Abū ‘Alī al-Ḥasan ibn al-Ḥasan ibn al-Haytham (أبو علي الحسن بن الحسن بن الهيثم; d. ca 1040).
The text is copied in a hand much coarser and less polished than that of the previous text in the manuscript, and was transcribed from a defective manuscript (نسخة سقيمة) according to the colophon (f. 285v, line 7, transcribed below).
The text contains spaces for four diagrams never inserted.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم تحرير مقالة صورة الكسوف نقل من مناظر ابن هيثم وهي خمسة مقاصد مقدمة قال ابن هيثم ره قد يوجد صورة ضوء الشمس في وقت كسوفها إذا نفذ من ثقب ضيق مستدير
وانتهى إلى سطح مقابل للثقب هلاليًا إذا كان الجزء الباقي من جرم الشمس هلاليًا ...

... فإن صورة لونه يظهر على ما يقابل الثقب متشكلًا بشكل شبه شكله متحركًا في خلاف جهته ومما ذكر جميعًا بينة للسبب في أن
