- Scope & Content:
- Route surveys made in the region of the Imperial Hunting Grounds in northern Chihli (直隸). Shows local relief (with form lines), hydrology, numbered settlements, and the routes taken. Pencilled annotations in English and Urdu provide information on terrain and selected place-names in Wade-Giles romanisation. In most cases, the maps are drawn in multiple sections on each sheet.
