Material relating to the second episode of Ripping Yarns, 'The Testing of Eric Olthwaite', aired on 27 Sept 1977, as follows:
- early draft of script, with pages cut and pasted together as part of the editing process - a combination of holograph manuscript and typescript, 36 pages;
- shooting script - typescript draft with holograph corrections and annotations, 91 pages, issued 13 Apr 1977 (the character Eric is called Reg in this script and the story is dated 1921, not 1934);
- filming schedule, 24 Apr-11 May 1977 - typescript with holograph annotations and Palin's signature on front page, 20 pages;
- black and white still of the scene when the bank robber points the gun at the manager and asks him and Eric to put their hands over their heads, 1976.
