Idris Bell's copies of the following inventories, providing brief titles and estimated dates for the papyri:
- Inventory of papyri purchased in Egypt for the University of Wisconsin by Bernard P Grenfell and Francis W Kelsey in March and April, 1920.
- Inventory of papyri purchased in Egypt for the University of Michigan by Bernard P Grenfell and Francis W Kelsey in March and April, 1920.
These inventories were prepared by Arthur S Hunt, of the University of Oxford, in October 1920. The typescript pages have been annotated in several places by Idris Bell, often making comparisons to papyri within the British Museum collections.
