- Deed of sale drawn up in Oxyrhynchus, in which Philemon and Thekla purchased part of a house in Apollonopolis from Elisabeth and Iustina, heirs and successors of a certain Thekla, who had mortgaged part of the house as security for a loan. With autograph subscriptions of the witnesses; tachygraphic marks at the end of line 52. The papyrus is part of the archive of Philemon and Thekla.

Dimensions: Fr. 1: 460 x 325 mm; Fr. 2: 495 x 325 mm. Framed in two glass cases, numbered as Papyrus 2018 (1) and Papyrus 2018 (2), measuring 510 x 380 mm and 545 x 380 mm respectively.
Script: Neat upright hand, with cursive elements; additional hands from line 44 to the end.
