Official letter from the governor Qurrah ben Sharik to Basilius, pagarch of Aphrodito, instructing him to send back fugitives with their families and their properties, and to draw up a list containing full details of them. Heavy punishment in case of disobedience shall be inflicted on Basilius and the local officials. Dated to the 8th indiction, Tybi 4. The papyrus belongs to the archive of Basilius.
