Election of the chairman and vice chairman (dated: 18 July, 1986), selection of members of different sub-committees under the municipality (dated: 2 August, 1986), discussion about bonus payment for the employees of the municipality during puja (dated: 13 September, 1986), rehabilitation of flood affected weavers (dated: 4 November, 1986), proposal for making 'Ras' as a secular festival (dated: 21 October, 1986, pp. 48-49), registration of weaver's co-operative society (dated: 4 November, 1986), tour diary of the chairman of Santipur Municipality (dated: 4 November, 1986), important decision about issuing individual ration cards (dated: 9 December, 1986), budget allotments in different development programmes etc, budget for 'Ras' and 'Kalipuja' festivals (dated: 5 November, 1988), murder of Bablu Chowdhury , Councillor, Santipur Municipality (28 October, 1988), etc. Extent and format of original and physical characteristics: Handwritten proceedings of Santipur Municipality.; Pages are brittle and damaged by the bookworms.
