Short collection of helpful notes (فوائد) on therapeutics by Ibrāhīm najl Aḥmad al-Shāfi‘ī al-Sīwī (إبراهيم نجل أحمد الشافعي السيوي), nicknamed Dhū al-Shawq (ذو الشوق, see f. 218r, line 2, transcribed below).
The second half of the treatise contains mnemonic verses (f. 219r-v).
F. 220v contains a long note on treatments for headache.
