Minutes of the Council of the Hakluyt Society, from minutes of the 119th AGM held on 6 May 1965 to minutes of Council dated 24 May 1979. Also printed notice for the 133rd AGM to be held on 25 Oct 1979, dated Sep 1979.
Minutes are signed by various chairman including Sir Gilbert Lathwaite, J.N.L. Baker, C.F. Beckingham, Sir Alan Burns, Esmond S. de Beer, and Glyndwr Williams
Printed Reports of the Hakluyt Society and printed notices for the AGM are included in the volume from 1966-1978. Copies of proposals, correspondence, and supporting papers - including those from sub-committees - are included. Minutes are typescript and are pasted into the volumes.
