- Portion of a sixth-century lease of land from a certain Valentinus to Aurelius Elias, son of Hellas, for an indefinite time; the landowner will receive three-fourths of the produce and five-sixths of the hay, but will have to supply the seed and animals and will be responsible for cutting the hay. With autograph subscriptions at the end.

Script: Large upright semi-cursive hand; smaller hands for the subscriptions at the end.

Provenance: Arsinoite nome, Egypt. Purchased with the other papyri housed in the frames labelled Papyrus 113.1- Papyrus 113.17 from the Reverend Greville John Chester (b. 1830, d. 1892) on 13 July 1878.
