A document addressed to the archidikastes (chief judge) from two brothers, Isidorus and Demetrius, both Roman citizens and the latter being a priest and gymnasiarch, concerning the repayment of a loan from a certain Chaeremon. Chaeremon had received the loan through the bank of Narcissus and repayed it in instalments through the same bank and the bank of Demetrius and Isidorus. The two brothers acknowledge the repayment and renounce all claim on Chaeremon.

Script: Upright and round 'decorated' capital of medium to small size, carefully executed and admitting occasional ligatures.
