Drafts and final copy of the Memorandum Agreement between the US-UK Fulbright Commission and Manchester University Press to publish the Fulbright Papers. Includes correspondence with solicitors to set up the contract, and draft copies of the memorandum with handwritten annotated notes, final copy was signed 4 Jul 1985.
Also includes correspondence with Robert Ilson at the Pergamon Institute of English (Oxford) and International Journal of Lexicography relating to holding colloquiums about the English language [1983-1993].
