Memorandums, email correspondence and photocopies of telex relating to the candidates for awards and the organisation of allocating the awards. Including: photocopied correspondence with Professor Ron Cooke, Vice-Chancellor at University of York [1995-1996]. Papers relating to the Travel and Maintenance Awards Selection Committee Interviews, organising the interviews, handwritten annotations noting the interview scoring system and copies of the letters sent out to all of the candidates [1995-1996]. Memorandums for recommendations for principle and reserve candidates for UK Scholarships, the promotion of candidates from reserve to principle, and forwarding of medical forms and grant authorisations for the Embassy to authorise [1996-1998]. Template letter correspondence sent out to applicants, different templates sent to different groups of applicants, successful, reserve and unsuccessful [1996]. Email correspondence with the Institute of International Education (IIE) relating to queries from students, as well as a Status and Departure Report relating to the Fulbright Program [1998-1999], and information with photographs about the UK Fulbright Scholars for 1999-2000.
