Supplementary papers of the 189th Meeting Minutes includes the address given by Mr Collombert on behalf of his colleagues in Europe, and the J. William Fulbright Scholarship Board Report of the Executive and Planning Committee [28 Jul 1995]. The papers also include a memorandum from USIA relating to the J.
