- Printed copies of documents recording the career of Henry Buckle in Burma from 1866 to 1889, including:
- Correspondence and diary kept by Buckle relating to the despatch of an expeditionary force from the Arakan Hill Tracts against the Yaklaing clan of Shindoos to try and recover captives taken by them in former raids on British territory.
- Papers on the subject of the manufacture of paper from kaing or elephant grass.
- Papers on the subject of silk weaving using a new loom introduced by Buckle.
- Letter from Buckle to the Secretary to the Chief Commissioner, British Burma, dated 1st August 1879, suggesting the trial of doing the washing of the clothes of European residents in town jails using washing machines.
- Letter from Buckle to the Secretary to the Chief Commissioner, British Burma, dated 1st August 1879, on the introduction into Burma of the Fly Shuttle Loom then in use in England, with illustrations and instructions on the use of the Loom.
