Sketches for various stages of compositional process, including numerical pitch schemes and fuller melodic, rhythmic and textural workings. Some possibly relates to 'Earth Dances' (see MS Mus. 1778/2/1). Identified leaves include:
- f. 37: Arrangement of ‘Billy Boy’ for the 50th birthday of Bill Colleran (1979). 1 leaf, signed and titled by the composer.
- f. 38: Material for '...agm…', identified, signed and dated by the composer. It is possible that further leaves relate to this work..
