Covers a road corridor in southern Natal between Richmond and Hella Hella, 13 miles south-westwards, to a width of approximately 5 miles. Portrays hydrology, relief by spot heights, form lines and rock drawing, vegetation, roads and tracks, railways, settlements, camping grounds, signalling stations and place names, and includes landscape sketches and topographical and logistical notes.
The sheet bears the reference 'No. 11'. A note on the verso refers to a 'Report and Sketch.'
The spelling 'Hella Hella' and its variant 'Hella-Hella' both appear on the map face.
Note: The scale is incorrectly stated as 1:93,360.
