Covers a road corridor extending 100 miles south-southeastwards from Rietfontein in western British Bechuanaland to a width of approximately 25 miles. Portrays hydrology, relief by approximate form lines and trigonometrical station heights, roads and tracks, settlements, place names, halting places, hills suitable for signal stations and international boundaries, and includes topographical notes and a table providing logistical information on halting places. Some detail extends westwards into German South West Africa.
The sheet has been used to compile Geographical Section, General Staff sheet 2608, filed at Maps MOD GSGS 2608.
