Autograph copy letter from Cates & Son, Cannon Street, to Stanley, Woodhouse & Hedderwick, Ludgate Hill, referring to Savoy productions at the time of Richard D'Oyly Carte's death: 'At the date of the death Patience was being performed at the Theatre at a loss and there were two Companies in the midst of their Tours yielding little or no profit.' 1 bifolium.

(3). 10 Oct 1901. Autograph letter from Stanley, Woodhouse & Hedderwick to Rupert D'Oyly Carte referring to a duplicate copy of the Accounts to be signed and returned. 'The Estate has now been realised as far as necessary and all duties debts legacies and annuities discharged and the Accounts have been made up.' 1 bifolium.
