The top left papyrus (A) is imperfect on the right-hand side, with parts of 6 lines preserved; the verso is blank.
The top middle fragment (B) consists of writing on both sides: the text on the recto, which is written against the fibres, contains 5 incomplete lines, the papyrus being broken on all sides; the verso text, also written against the fibres, is complete (4 lines).
The top right papyrus preserves a complete text, with 5 lines written along the fibres; there is a single line of writing on the back, which is unaccounted for in the ed. pr. as well as in Gonis (2009) and (2013).
The bottom papyrus (D) has been cut from the edge of a larger papyrus and rotated transversa charta; the text is broken on the right side but nearly complete. Line ends of an earlier document are visible at the bottom edge, perpendicular to the later text. The back is blank.
