Papers and correspondence relating to the Collection of Disciplinary Fines from the National leagues for the season 1992-1993. This was due to a misunderstanding of the rules, regional leagues were taking fines from clubs when they did not have the authority to, only the WFA Disciplinary Officer could [1992-1993], and correspondence and memorandums relating to oustanding national league disciplinary matters from all regions to be passed on to the FA, including a goodbye letter from David Hunt sent to David Marlowe [1993]
