(2). Conveyance of the Savoy Theatre from Richard D'Oyly Carte to The Savoy Theatre & Operas Company Limited. 20 October 1897. Original document signed and sealed, together with a typed copy.
(3). Undertaking by The Savoy Theatre & Operas Limited for the safe custody of documents listed in the Schedule, and acknowledging the right of Richard D'Oyly Carte 'to production and delivery of copies of the documents'. 20 October 1897. Relates to the above Agreement and Conveyance.
