First fragment at the top (A) (P.Lond. VII 2031, TM 1593): Fragmentary petition from a certain Dionysius, perhaps the same corn-measurer of P.Cair.Zen. 59421. The recipient is in lacuna.
Second fragment at the top (B): Unpublished fragmentary document of uncertain character.
Third fragment at the top (C) (P.Lond. VII 2076, TM 1637): End of a letter, with date.
Fourth fragment at the top (D) (P.Lond. VII 2077, TM 1638:) Fragmentary letter mentioning Amortaios, who occurs in other documents of the Zenon archive.
Fragment below (E): Fragmentary letter; the one per cent tax is mentioned in the first line preserved. Unpublished.
First fragment at the bottom (F) (P.Lond. VII 2078, TM 1639): Fragment of a letter, mentioning a certain Iason, Horus and fodder.
Second fragment at the bottom (G): Fragmentary document, mentioning 678 drachmas. Unpublished.
Third fragment at the bottom (H) (P.Lond. VII 1999, TM 1561): Letter to Zenon concerning some crop that had been sent to him. Zenon is asked to reply and state the price; dated between June and August or September and October 250 BCE. The address is on the back.

Papyrus fragments of varying size from different documents, mounted in a glass case.
First fragment at the top (A): Fragment of a light-brown papyrus sheet, written across the fibres, with remains of 7 lines broken to the sides. The back is blank.
Second fragment at the top (B): Fragment from the top of a light-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and damaged to the sides. Portions of 7 lines written across the fibres survive. The back has a black spot.
Third fragment at the top (C): Fragment from the bottom of a light-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and sides, containing portions of 4 lines written across the fibres. The lower margin is extant and measures 35 mm. The back has spots.
Fourth fragment at the top (D): Medium-brown papyrus scrap, broken off on all sides and preserving parts of three lines written along the fibres, with trace of a fourth below. The back is blank apart from a black dot.
Fragment below (E): Light-brown papyrus scrap, broken off on all sides, with remains of three lines and traces of another at the top. The text runs along the fibres and the back is blank.
First fragment at the bottom (F): Fragment of a papyrus sheet, broken off on the sides and containing parts of 9 lines written along the fibres. Between lines 2 and 3, the layer of horizontal fibres ofthe recto is not preserved, and only the vertical fibres of the verso survive. The back is blank.
Second fragment at the bottom (G): Papyrus scrap, broken off at the bottom, left and top. Traces of 5 lines written along the fibres remain. The verso has traces of ink.
Third fragment at the bottom (H): Fragment of a papyrus sheet, with wormholes and damaged in its middle and to the sides. Upper and lower margins are extant. Writing runs across the fibres on the recto; the verso bears the address, written along the fibres upside down in relation to the text of the recto.

Dimensions: Fragments of varying size: A: 97 x 49 mm; C: 97 x 45 mm; D: 42 x 57 mm; F: 112 X 50 mm; H: 100 x 180 mm. Housed in a glass frame measuring 280 x 460 mm.
Script: A: Large, untidy sloping semi-cursive hand; B: Irregular sloping semi-cursive; C: Large, careful uncial; D: Small hand of chancery type, with some cursive elements; E: Careful upright semi-cursive hand; F: Large uncial hand; G: medium-sized uncial hand with cursive traits H: medium-sized uncial hand.

Provenance: Philadelpheia, meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome, Egypt. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 2243-2304 from Maurice Nahman (b. 1868, d. 1948) through Ernest Alfred Thompson Wallis Budge (b. 1857, d. 1934) on 9 July 1921. Part of a joint purchase with the University of Michigan, Princeton University, Cornell University, the University of Geneva.
