1. Plea for defendants in the cause of Lomas against Allsop, in an action of trespass within the Wapentake of Wirksworth, with a note by Mr. Wolley as to the private opinion of Mr. Thomason, who drew the plea. Trin. Term, 45 George III. pp. 1-9.

Minutes of the proceedings in the mineral cause between Richard Bagshaw, and others, plaintiffs, and William Spencer, and others, defendants, concerning the mines in Stoney Middleton and Eyam called Twelve Meers or Miner’s Engine, and Little Pasture, taken in 1743-4 (apparently) by George Langstaff, barmaster, on the part of the defendants. pp. 27-46.
