1. Letter from Mons Catt to Mr Mitchell. Inclosing, by order of the King of Prussia, his Prussian Majesty’s “Epitre in vers”, Berlin, March, 1762. Folio 1.
2. “Epitre a Monsieur Mitchell sur l’origine du Mal”. Dated Breslan, 28th December, 1761. Folio 4.
3. “Presis des Argumens don’t peut se server un Ministre Autrichieu à Londre pour trier des Subsides de l’Angleterre, l’au 1763” [In the King of Prussia’s own hand writing]. Folio 10. At the end is written by Mr Mitchell the following note: “The King of Prussia after the Battle of Kolin, retired to Leitmeritz, lodged in the Bishops [Pallace], where I also was lodged. He was for some days low spirited and saw no body, but as he recovered, he admitted me in the afternoon to pass some hours with him, and in consequence of some conversation we had had, He sent me this paper inclosed in a cover, in the beginning of July, 1757”. A.M. [Andrew Mitchell].
4. “Reflexions sur les Talents Militaries de Charles XII Roy de Suede”. Folio 12. [In the King of Prussia’s own hand writing, with the original alterations and interlineations].
5. “De l’academie”. Plan of the Instruction, Government, etc of the academy at Berlin, drawn up by the King of Prussia. Folio 16.
6. Extract of a letter from the King of Prussia to the Marquis. Dated 11th February [1762], respecting the disposition of the new Emperor of Russia. Folio 20.
7. Copy of the Postscript in the King of Prussia’s own hand writing, in his letter to count Finckenstein of the 31st January, 1762 from Breslan, upon his recieving a communication of Mr Keith’s letter to me of the 8th of January as follows: “Voici le premier Rayon de lumiere qui parroit, le Ciel en soit benis, it faut esperer que les beaux jours suiveront les orages; Dieu le reuille!”. Folio 21.
8. “Memorie”, received by Mr Mitchell from the King of Prussia himself, on the 26th July, 1756 and transmitted to Lord Holdernesse the 30th July, 1756. Folio 22.[In the King of Prussia’s own hand writing].
9. A paper dated Stetin, 7-1756 containing the King of Prussia’s sentiments on the state of affairs. Folio 24. [In the King of Prussia’s own hand writing].
10. “Memoire, ce 29 d’Ot” by the King of Prussia, sent in Mr Mitchell’s most secret 4th November to E. Holdernesse. Folio 26. [In the King of Prussia’s own hand writing].
11. “Moyens dout la Grande Bretagne pourroit se servri pour ruiner les Projets de ses ennemis, on rendre la guerre plus difficile”. Sent in Mr Mitchell’s letter of the 9th December, 1756. Folio 28.
12. “Projet de ‘Campagne pour l’Armee des Allies”. Sent in Mr Mitchell’s of 24th November, 1756, to the E[mperor] of Holdernesse. Folio 34. [See the Postscript of the King of Prussia Letter to Mr Mitchell, 20th November, 1756, in Vol.XL].
13. “Memoire raisonné sur l’etat present de l’Europe et sur le parti qu’il conriendroit aux Allies de prendre pour gaguer la superiorité sur Lewis Ennemis, la Campagne prochaine”. Seutin Mr Mitchell’s of the E. of Holdernesse. Folio 37. [See Vol LXIV. Folio 196].
