Folded printed map showing Eyot House, Weybridge, Surrey, situated on an island in the Thames, for sale by auction by Knight, Frank & Rutley (1920), together with further land as marked on the mainland.
Attached to the map are two typed sheets comprising a copy of an Undertaking given by R[upert] D'Oyly Carte to Sir George Ernest May, 10 July 1924, referring to an acre of land on the mainland on which he proposes to erect a Cottage to be occupied by gardener William Townend.
