Notebook with annotated printed libretto pasted-in. Front flyleaf signed: 'R. D'Oyly Carte / Savoy Theatre'.
At the front of the book are listed by name '24 Chorus Ladies' and '20 Chorus Gentlemen', and there is also a 'Property Plot' list. The printed list of Characters has been annotated with the names of the performers.
The final page of the notebook records (in pencil): '212th Performance on Thursday Eve the 28th June 1900; when the opera was taken off and The Pirates of Penzance reproduced on the 30th June 1900.'
