The manuscript is a copy of an Arabic poem celebrating and praying for 'Abd Raḥmān al-Suyūtī (c.1445-1505), one of the most prolific Muslim writers of the Middle Ages.
Custodial history: The owner inherited it from his father after his death.

Physical characteristics: Unbound manuscript. Due to the poor conservation condition and ink stains, some words may be hard to read.
