It is a book of Hindu polity. The complete title is Buddhi Chanakya Sara Samgraha authored by the famous Chanakya of fourth century BCE. Chanakya was an Indian teacher, philosopher, economist, jurist and royal advisor. He is traditionally identified as Kauṭilya or Vishnugupta, who authored the ancient Indian political treatise, the Arthashastra.The main text of the manuscript Buddhis Chanakya is in Sanskrit with interpretations in Nepali. Its script is Devanagari.This manuscript is not in good condition however, it is readable. It was copied in 1980 VS. 1923 CE
