- ff. 64-67: Letter to Lord Granville from S H Peterson (maid of Lady Bessborough). Cavendish Square, May 24 1822. Concerning financial support for Miss Harriet Stewart, daughter of Lady Bessborough and Lord Granville, and request for assistance to S H Peterson’s brother, presently Riding Master to the Honourable Company at Ghazeepore, India. On black bordered paper, enclosed in a black bordered wrapper, together with a lock of dark hair in a folded paper package, inscribed ‘Florence, Nov[em]ber 11th six o'clock Sunday morning 1821’ (date of Lady Bessborough’s death), probably in the same hand. Originally in the satin purse which is now at Add MS 89382/3/7.
- ff. 68-69: Letter to Lord Granville. Dated at Naples, 12 January 1829. Numbered ‘no. 3.’. Incomplete, and unsigned.
- f. 70: Unsigned manuscript letter, or part letter, possibly in the hand of Lady Anne Hatton. Begins ‘remember I depend upon yr writing to me from every place my dear Ld G every opportunity’. Undated.
