- Letter from Lord Thurlow to Granville Leveson-Gower, later 1st Marquess of Stafford (1721-1803), with a postscript to Lady Stafford. Concerning the education of Lord Granville. Undated (pencil note by Castalia Leveson-Gower: ‘before March 1 1786 when Ld G was created Marquess of Stafford’).
- Letter from William Pitt to Granville Leveson-Gower, later 1st Marquess of Stafford (1721-1803). Downing Street, 1 December 1792.
- Circular manuscript letter from W. Windham to the Marquis of Stafford, Lord Lieutenant of the County of Stafford, i.e. Granville Leveson-Gower, 1st Marquess of Stafford PC (1721-1803). A statement of allowances and expenses which were to be admitted on account of the supplementary militia of the Staffordshire while training. War Office, 28 July 1797.

- Rebus letter to “Henriette” (probably Henrietta Elizabeth Cavendish, later Leveson-Gower, Countess Granville (1785-1862)) and to Mademoiselle Kroline St Jeule (her half sister, Caroline Rosalie St Jules (1785–1830)), from an unidentified sender. Includes ink sketch showing a town bridge with church, trees and houses. Originally in satin purse now at Add MS 89382/7). Undated.
